Deafway is working with the National Free Wills Network to help supporters make or update a simple Will at no cost.
The National Free Wills Network connects charity supporters with participating solicitors across the UK. If you would like to use the service, Deafway can arrange for your details to be passed to the Network so they can send you an information pack with participating solicitors near you.
There is no obligation to leave a gift to Deafway, but we hope you will consider doing so once your loved ones have been provided for.

There are different ways to remember Deafway in your Will, your solicitor will help you choose the option that is right for you.
This is sometimes called a pecuniary gift. You can choose a specific amount of money to leave to Deafway.
This is sometimes called a residuary gift. You can leave a percentage of what remains after your loved ones have been provided for. This type of gift keeps its value better over time.
You can leave a particular item, such as property, shares or other assets.
You do not always need to write a new Will to support Deafway. If you already have a Will, you may be able to add Deafway by making a simple amendment called a codicil.
We recommend speaking to a solicitor before making any changes, so your wishes are recorded clearly and legally.
